Good communication skills (Mandarin-speaking preferred)

Prior experience in retail or hardware shop is an added advantage

Assist walk-in customers and provide product recommendations

Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register

Monitor stock levels and arrange merchandise neatly

Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable

Support in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
