• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, graphic design, and social media management.

Social Media & Content Marketing (媒体营销与内容创作)

• Plan, develop, and execute creative social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to increase brand awareness.

• Write engaging captions and hooks for video contents and daily posts.

• Monitor social media trends and adapt them to the heavy machinery industry.

Video Production & Editing (视频拍摄与剪辑)

• Take charge of the end-to-end video production process: conceptualizing, shooting/filming (machinery features, warehouse stock, events), and video editing.

• Produce high-quality, high-engagement short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) and long-form technical/product demonstrations.

Graphic Design & Branding (平面设计与品牌视觉)

• Design eye-catching digital graphics, including social media posters, banners, and promotional materials.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity (branding) across all online platforms.

• Ensure all marketing materials are polished, creative, and aligned with company standards.

Campaign Management & Analytics (活动策划与数据分析)

• Collaborate with teams to coordinate social media product launches and festive campaigns.
