Job Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in wallpaper, carpet, flooring, or interior fit-out industry (Fresh Grads are welcome too!)

• Must have own transport and valid driving license

• Good time management, scheduling, and communication skills

• Presentable, confident, responsible, and able to work independently

• Strong problem-solving mindset and leadership skills

• Willing to learn and follow company SOP and systems

• Able to manage installers and handle clients professionally

• Weekend/OT work may be required based on project basis (OT provided)

Preferred Skills

• Able to read basic drawings/layout plans

• Knowledge in site measurement and material coordination

• Familiar with WhatsApp, Excel, and basic project coordination tools

Job Scope

• Manage project scheduling and site coordination

• Monitor installation works and project progress

• Communicate with clients, installers, contractors, and internal team

• Ensure projects are completed on time with good workmanship

• Solve site issues professionally and efficiently

• Handle site inspections, measurements, and manpower arrangement
