• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or related field

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent is preferred

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Able to handle full set or partial accounts is an advantage

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and time management skills

• Assist in handling daily accounting operations

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records

• Assist in data entry and updating accounting systems

• Perform bank reconciliation and basic reporting

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Liaise with internal teams on accounting matters

• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date
