Passionate and experienced in 3D Design, Architecture Design, Interior Design or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in 3D design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects, preferably in event or exhibition design.

Proficiency in 3ds Max for 3D modeling and scene creation.

Strong understanding of Corona Rendering, V-Ray or rendering software for realistic rendering and visualization.

Ability to understand job requirement, discussion with project in charge, create creative concepts into practical, buildable 3D designs for exhibitions and events.

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.

A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and spatial planning.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new design software and techniques.

Ability to work collaboratively or independently.

Willingness to work overtime or over the weekend if required. Such as peak period and urgent job.

Understanding of materials and construction methods relevant to exhibition stands and displays is a plus.

Understanding and compliance brand guideline.

Design and develop high-quality 3D concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and experiential spaces.

Create photorealistic 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthrough animations to present design concepts to clients and internal teams.

Translate 2D concepts, mood boards, and client briefs into compelling 3D exhibition booth designs.

Develop technical 3D models including booth structures, custom installations, interactive elements, lighting setups, and AV integration.

Prepare accurate technical drawings, construction documents, material specifications, and production files for fabrication teams.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, Senior Designers, and Installation teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution.

Optimize 3D designs for budget constraints, structural safety, material efficiency, and ease of installation/dismantling.

Conduct site measurements and adapt designs according to venue specifications and restrictions.

Research and recommend innovative materials, lighting solutions, interactive technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Revise and refine designs based on client feedback while maintaining creative excellence and brand alignment.

Stay updated with current trends in exhibition design, experiential marketing, and emerging 3D technologies.

Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, accessibility standards, and local exhibition guidelines.
