5+ years of experience in product design, with a deep portfolio focused on complex B2C transactional flows (E-commerce or Travel experience is a significant plus).

Expertise in UX & Logic: Mastery of information architecture and user flow design; you can untangle complex requirements into simple, intuitive paths.

Technical Artistry: Good skills in motion design and a sophisticated understanding of how to leverage and contribute to large-scale design systems.

Exceptional Communication: The ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions to senior leadership and influence product strategy through persuasive storytelling.

A "Lead by Doing" Mentality: You are still a hands-on builder who loves the "pixels" as much as the "big picture".

Master the Flow: Lead the end-to-end design of complex booking journeys, utilizing advanced user flow mapping to eliminate friction and optimize conversion rates for our flight and hotel products.

Lead by Example: While an individual contributor role, you will mentor and grow junior designers by demonstrating what great quality (of design craft) looks like in practice, communication, and strategic thinking.
