About Technology Education and Career Fair (T.E.C.)
Over 70 companies had participated in previous TEC with crowds up to 5000 people including students from other colleges and universities all over Malaysia.
In 2014, TEC become the biggest Sector Focus Career Fair in Malaysia and the biggest career fair in Malaysia which is fully organised by students. The year 2015, TEC will be celebrating our 15th Anniversary in organizing the career fair.
UTP has been awarded a six star rating for research, development and commercialisation efforts by Malaysia Research Assessment Instrument. With this achievement, UTOP is the first private and non-Research University in the country to receive six stars, the highest performance level for its research excellence.
In the year 2016, TEC target to bring more companies to join this awesome event and breakthrough to higher level of students organized event in Malaysia
Our graduates undergo an exceptionally lengthy 7 months of industrial internship. UTP become first IPTS in Malaysia to receive an overall 4 star rating by Quacquarelli Symonds. Currently 77% of UTP students are non-bonded. Thus making it an easier process for recruitment drives.
