Design, plan and setup/expand new/existing SingTel Private IPVPN / MPLS network, and Global Internet Network. This will include ensuring that design conforms to Singtel's Service Level Agreement and ease of operation and maintenance.
Manage the lifecycle of the network and refresh equipment at appropriate times to prevent network failures due to wear and tear.
Design, plan, implement and configure various network element including core routers, access routers, switches, etc....
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new handset launches, seasonal campaigns and portfolio refreshes across all customer channels.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail and Consumer Operations teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and exceptional customer experiences.
Drive in-base upsell, cross-sell and customer acquisition initiatives to increase hardware sales, attachment rates and overall revenue....
Document all actions provided to order taker via internal system.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) are properly carried out, and proper training provided to all staff and maintain constant update to these SOP if required.
