Building Fabric & Site Upkeep 建筑结构与场地维护Inspect and maintain the building envelope (roof, walls, flooring, doors, roller shutters and loading-bay doors), perimeter fencing, factory yard/compound, drainage, and car park. 检查并维护建筑外围结构（屋顶、墙面、地面、门窗、卷帘门及装卸区大门）、围墙栅栏、厂区场地、排水系统及停车场。
Utilities & Cost Control 能源与成本管控Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) at the facility level, drive energy-saving initiatives, and manage the facility maintenance budget, including minor CAPEX planning for building upgrades. 监控设施层面的水、电、燃气等公用事业消耗，推动节能措施，并管理设施维护预算，包括建筑升级改造的小型资本支出（CAPEX）规划。
Facility & Amenity Management 设施与配套管理• Canteen and restroom facilities upkeep and hygiene standards. 食堂及洗手间设施维护与卫生标准管理。• Security systems: Access control, turnstiles, and perimeter monitoring. 安保系统：门禁系统、闸机及周界监控。• Support space-planning and layout changes for offices, storage, and common areas. 支持办公室、仓储及公共区域的空间规划与布局调整。• Coordinate signage, wayfinding, and general housekeeping standards across the premises. 统筹厂区标识、导向系统及整体环境卫生标准。
