The role requires a visionary leader with a passion for media and broadcasting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage large teams and complex organizational structures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are a must, as is a minimum of 15 years' of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years' in a C-suite or equivalent executive leadership position. An advanced degree in business administration, media management, or a related discipline is preferred.
