这个时候走人老板会觉得我忘恩负义吗
我毕业后在目前的公司已经做了4年,公司很看重我,在过去1年内就已经起薪起了1.5k,而我现在也已经是manager级别的title。虽然一切看似美好,但我却因为两个理由在考虑辞职:第一,我已经毕业4年了,却只有一份工作的经验,我怕我在这里继续待下去,以后出去会掉价;第二,公司看重我,当然给我的压力也不小,最近赶工赶到严重睡眠不足,身体越来越差。我想快点辞职,但是公司现在很忙,我做的工作又挺重要的,这个时候走是不是很不妥当?老板特别看重我,我也怕他觉得我忘恩负义。大家有什么看法?

想要辞职,但是种种因素不能离职

可以直接丢信走人么?
目前公司还在装修中,公司还是会给予薪水。但是工作的内容就是要去帮忙打扫整理装修后的垃圾等等。领导有尝试和高层沟通,但是给予的理由是属于我们工作的一部分。每个月公司都有扣epf, 但是出于某些原因公司无法进epf 给我们,并承诺会退回钱(没有说几时),也一直欠着。其中一个月也有迟出粮,单没说愿意。请问我可以直接离职,并不用给予一个月通知么?当初虽然有签约说需要一个月的通知。我感觉这间公司很不靠谱呢

Sarawak 生活消费水准一直在提高,然而薪水却很低,这几年明显可以看出sarawak的物价消费水准已经跟西马差不多了 然而薪水上却跟西马有着很大差别 很疑惑。做为一个设计师,做了4年多了薪水从开始的底薪1200升到2000(跳槽)到目前的1800(一个人干两个人的活Design & Content Creator 三家公司的活 一份薪水),真的很低,有过几次2100-2400 的offer但我没接受因为需要一个人干4个人的活(graphic design, web design, digital marketing, photography & video editing) 真的很没意思。从事其他行业的朋友都在劝我换行业,就我一个还在做设计的收入那么低,今年已经27了 很焦虑。

应该留下还是坚持走人?
在公司做了两年 因为上司的刁难决定丢信走人。顾客介绍了的公司也签了LO。结果在丢信的前一天 公司宣布升职加薪 新的人事调动将打压我的上司分配出去 目前我的部门就只剩下我 可以直接对接老板 也会由我负责来带新人。这是我之前丢信没有想过会发生的变动 在我开口之前公司除去了我之前决定离职的理由。新公司规模偏小 部分顾客群也反应不轻易去转换新的供应商。 现在我该去新公司重新开始 还是留下来在尝试一次?
