Job Description: 75% of the role will be for business operation automation/maintenance by EUCs (mainly developed by Microsoft Access), and 25% for maintenance of the others (SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scrips, SQL server and general Database technology on Windows Server) and whole SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle: from Requirement Definition to Go-live). Responsibilities:
Facilitate and manage projects within the Banking IT unit.
Developing with some of these programming languages: Microsoft Access VBA (form, query, module, table, report, macro) is preferred.
Able to think logically and show the complicate situation simply to let non-IT end users understand easily.
Communicate and manage stakeholders, partners, and colleagues.
Work closely with team to resolve issues.
Flexibly adapt to work in a restricted development environment based on strict banking policy.
Requirements:
10 – 15 years of working experience
Bachelor’s degree and above
Experience in Banking
'Experienced of whole SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle: from Requirement Definition to Go-live) with any programming language.
Proactive attitude to learn Banking, Microsoft SQL Server, and related ones (SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scrips, SQL server and general Database technology on Windows Server)
Experience with Microsoft Access VBA
Skilled in managing a team, managing their own tasks, be proactive and be able to communicate with team members well.
Experienced of whole SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle: from Requirement Definition to Go-live) with any programming language.
Fluent Business Japanese required in order to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders
