To be available on a call out basis to provide maintenance and breakdown cover over a 24-hour period
Create and manage the preventative maintenance programme for the repair and modification of machines and facilities as appropriate or required providing reports on a monthly basis
Work closely with production personnel or service technicians on equipment repairs
Budget management and ensuring that the M&E system operates at the most reliable and efficient mode
Train others in all job duties as needed

Tasks include –

Directly supervises production staff, including training and development of forepersons and performance management of team.
Assists in the development, implementation and monitoring of inventory and schedules to ensure schedule is completed. Assists Production Managers with scheduling when necessary to ensure availability of products on inventory
Monitors and directs general operations and quality of product and packaging. Monitors and directs machine and manual operations to set standards
Develops, updates, and upholds Production Department procedural, food safety, and safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required, for the safe and efficient operation of all production equipment and related functions.
Supports implementation of new methods, procedures, and systems.
Responsible for the safety of plant associates, leads by example, and corrects any unsafe behavior observed or reported.
Participates, implements and provides leadership in See’s employee safety, food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and departmental cost goals.
Performs other duties as needed.
Performs special projects as assigned by management.

Interior designers and decorators plan and design commercial, industrial, public, retail and residential building interiors to produce an environment tailored to a purpose, taking into consideration factors that enhance living and working environments and sales promotion. They coordinate and participate in their construction and decoration.
Tasks include –
Determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with clients and stakeholders;
Researching and analysing spatial, functional, efficiency, safety and aesthetic requirements;
Formulating design concepts for the interiors of buildings;
Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations and plans to communicate design concepts;
Negotiating design solutions with clients, management, suppliers and construction staff;
Selecting, specifying and recommending functional and aesthetic materials, furniture and products for interiors;
Detailing and documenting selected design for construction;
Coordinating the construction and the decoration of interiors;
Designing and painting stage scenery;
Designing and decorating show windows and other display areas to promote products and services.
Ensure that a professional standard of Customer Care, Merchandising and Display, Stock Control and Administration is developed and maintained so that Sales Targets are achieved.
Ensure that subordinates are effectively supervised and well-trained to carry out their responsibilities and tasks.
Ensures effective and economic use of staff in retail Operations Department to achieve its objectives.
Promotes Professionalism of Staff in Retail Operations Department.
Undertakes other tasks as required by Superiors.

Develops and maintains administrative procedures and methods of the shops and the Department in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
