Education: Minimum of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent. Certification in Agriculture, Quality Control, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience: Prior experience working in a palm oil mill, agricultural reception site, or a quality inspection role is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with a keen willingness to learn may be considered.
FFB Quality Assessment: Strong knowledge of oil palm fresh fruit bunch (FFB) maturity standards, specifically the ability to accurately distinguish between ripe, underripe, unripened, overripe, and rotten bunches.
