Job Summary

To provide safe, reliable, punctual and professional transportation services to the employer and/or family members while maintaining the cleanliness, safety and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive the employer and family members to work, meetings, appointments and other destinations.

Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions using Waze or Google Maps to ensure punctual arrival.

Maintain the vehicle in clean, presentable and roadworthy condition.

Conduct routine vehicle checks, including tyres, fuel, engine oil, lights and brakes.

Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and cleaning when required.

Manage toll, parking and fuel expenses and maintain relevant receipts.

Assist with personal errands, document delivery and other driving-related duties as assigned.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and business affairs.

Comply with traffic laws and practise safe and defensive driving at all times.

Be available for overtime, weekend duties and outstation travel when required and as agreed.

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the employer.

Job Requirements

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D).

Minimum 2 years of driving experience; personal or executive driving experience is an advantage.

Familiar with roads and routes in the Klang Valley.

Proficient in using Waze and Google Maps.

Honest, punctual, responsible, trustworthy and disciplined.

Well-groomed with good manners and communication skills.

Able to maintain confidentiality and respect the employer’s privacy.

Willing to work flexible hours when required.

Good driving record and strong commitment to passenger safety.

Working Conditions

Working days and hours: To be determined by the employer.

Work location: As assigned by the employer.

Overtime, rest days, leave and other employment benefits: Subject to the agreed employment terms and applicable Malaysian employment law.
