We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our e-commerce operations team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real business operations, customer experience, and online platform management in the travel industry.

• Diploma/Degree students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields

• Internship duration: 3–6 months preferred

• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment

——— Job Responsibilities ———

• Assist in daily e-commerce operations across platforms (e.g. product uploads, pricing updates, inventory checks)

• Upload and update product listings while monitoring stock levels, pricing, and product availability

• Monitor and process incoming orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment

• Assist in order handling, confirmation, tracking, and follow-up on order status with internal teams

• Support customer inquiries via chat/email/comments in a professional and timely manner

• Coordinate with operations, drivers, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery

• Support after-sales issues including returns, exchanges, and customer complaints

• Assist in preparing promotional content and campaign materials

• Collect sales data and track basic performance metrics (orders, issues, feedback)

• Monitor market and competitor trends to support business improvements

• Compile customer feedback and identify common customer issues
