  • We are recruiting for a Real Estate Company with more than 80 properties, particularly in business space and industrial real estate in Singapore, Australia, USA and Europe. They are still continuing to grow their AUM. You will be supporting the Investment team and reporting to the Head, Investment. This will include assist in preparation of investment proposals and deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc, carrying out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investments. You will also assist in analysing performance at asset level and at portfolio level and collect market research information and maintain market database. Requirements
  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Analytical, resourceful and good communication skills
  • Strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies
