They are still continuing to grow their AUM. You will be supporting the Investment team and reporting to the Head, Investment. This will include assist in preparation of investment proposals and deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc, carrying out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investments. You will also assist in analysing performance at asset level and at portfolio level and collect market research information and maintain market database. Requirements
Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Analytical, resourceful and good communication skills
Strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies

Carry out tasks such as packing, carrying, loading and unloading furniture and other household items, or loading and unloading cargo and other freight, or carrying and stacking goods in various warehouses.
Tasks include –
Carrying goods to be loaded on or unloaded from vans, trucks, wagons, or trailer;
Carrying and stacking goods in warehouses and similar establishments;

Responsible for cooperation network station management;

Maintaining accurate records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer orders, including order details, shipping information, and any other relevant data.
