What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or employee management. Knowledge of onboarding, employment documentation, contract management, and employee relations. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
