● 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social and digital ad channels, with real exposure to at least one of the following: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads (Search, YouTube, or Display Network). ● Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and verbal. ● Comfortable working with data; able to read campaign metrics and explain what they mean in plain language. ● Some familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable finding your way around a dashboard. ● Experience with Google Sheets for tracking and reporting and Google Slides or Canva for presentations. ● Basic familiarity with AI tools and actively curious about how they can be applied in marketing work. You don't need to be advanced, but you should have used them at least enough to know what they can do. ● Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track. ● Genuinely curious about how marketing and technology work together and eager to grow beyond your current skill set.Added Value:● Exposure to any additional ad platforms beyond your primary experience, whether Meta, TikTok, or Google. ● Basic hands-on experience with WordPress or any page builder like Elementor.
