• Research potential corporate clients and decision-makers
• Contact and follow up with prospective clients professionally
• Maintain lead records and update the sales database
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and training materials
• Support the coordination and promotion of training programmes
• Prepare simple monthly marketing and lead-generation reports
