- Support business development initiatives, including prospecting, lead follow-ups, client engagement activities, and sales presentations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company’s products and services to maximise client value.
- Contribute towards revenue generation and business growth, working towards the company’s EBITDA objectives and sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and market research.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations based on client requirements and business needs.
- Conduct client meetings, product briefings, and solution discussions to understand customer pain points and recommend suitable services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer support, marketing, and management, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategy and improve business positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, pipeline updates, and follow-up actions in the company’s CRM or reporting system.
- Support client renewal, account servicing, and post-sales follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, networking sessions, and other business events.
