第一次炒人压力很大
我是一个小组长,之前请来一个新人,他时常脸黑也很难沟通,而且做东西很慢质量也很普通,一个月多了还是看不到他在这个领域的潜质,而且他每天准时下班不肯多努力一点的类型。后来就连老板也发现到了他的问题,我跟他谈过,给他机会改进、也一直push他,但后来成绩还是一样,所以老板就下order让我辞退他。其实第一次炒人压力很大心情也很矛盾,一边觉得他确实不行,另一边又想不懂是不是我自己不会带人害了他?他才刚毕业,我们是不是对他太严厉了?

做不了工的,或态度有问题的炒掉是完全不需要有压力的。反而能加强工作进度。杀鸡敬猴。试用期就是给你试用的。


这个pip对我真的有影响?
之前是一名补习老师,网上误打误撞找到一个网络学习英文的平台,一开始福利很好,底薪3500,给我画大饼,让自己觉得很有使命感,帮助更多孩子学好英文。进来发现是一家中国公司,一直给我们洗脑,要我们卖命给公司,每天开会,也发现有欺诈成分,说和卖的东西不一样。这个月慢慢招来他们中国人cpu我们,连吃饭也要控制我们,一天要打几十通电话,200分钟以上,没打上第二天要提早上班. 如果自己辞职,公司说出terminate by pip, 说以后外面都没有人敢请我了,叫我继续做,因为知道公司的东西太多了,请问我该怎么做?这个pip对我真的有影响?

一个中国公司,在马来西亚真的有能力把你封杀?这里是马来西亚不是中国,再说了一个有诈骗嫌疑的公司也一定不是正经公司,辞职了……其实直接不要去吧,真的怕人生安全有受到威胁,去报警找yb,


公司有权利辞退受伤的员工吗?
前个月一名员工在回家的路上发生了意外导致无法行走,公司已经给了两个月的薪水 已经快要第三个月了,请问公司有权利辞退员工吗?老板现在每天让我找各种理由或方法去辞退他...... 受伤的员工的职位是司机,所以完全无法工作,也不知道几时才会痊愈

请问如果辞职了可以直接用剩下的年假扣掉提早离开公司吗?
辞职信是一个月通知,不过年假扣掉后剩下的工作日只剩不到两个星期。如果雇主不放人说是还没找到人,我们是不是需要做赔偿呢?

老板应该没权利不放人,除非你是签约的,你照着offer letter的时间给通知就行了,时间到就走人,他敢不给你当个月的薪水就去劳工部告吧

Submit resignation letter to HR or Boss's boss. State it clearly in the letter when is your last day after fully serving the notice. If there's no HR or Boss's boss, then send your letter via email or courier it via registered mail as a proof.
