Dessert Stall Service Crew
- - Greet customers, take orders and provide friendly customer service.- Prepare Ice cream cones, cups, waffles, brownies, Lava Cakes and other dessert items according to company standards.- Operate the soft-serve ice cream machine and other food preparation equipment safely.- Handle cashier duties, process payments and operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and served promptly.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the stall, including food preparation areas, equipment and utensils.- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking and preparation of ingredients.- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.- Follow food safety procedures and workplace safety guidelines.- Assist with inventory checks and other daily operational tasks as required.- Able to work in a fast paced environment and run the stall individually
