We are seeking a responsible and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily electrical installation works at construction/project sites. Coordinate electrical workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams. Ensure electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. Monitor site progress and ensure electrical works are completed within the project schedule. Coordinate with Project Engineers, Electrical Engineers, consultants, contractors, and other trades. Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of electrical installation works. Check electrical materials, equipment, and workmanship before installation.
-TO REPORTING TO SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER AND MONITOR PROJECT SITE FOR FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM WORK WHICH INCLUDES SITE PLANNING AND COORDINATION, MATERIAL ORDER & DELIVERY AND ALSO STOCK AND COST CONTROL.
-TO MANAGE SUB-CONTRACTORS AND WORKERS DURING PROJECT CONSTRUCTION FOR COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS, LOCAL CODES, HSE REGULATIONS AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION.
-TO COORDINATE WITH ALL OTHER M&E SERVICES TO ENSURE SMOOTH INSTALLATION PROGRESS.

Physical Stamina: High energy and stamina to walk the active site, climb scaffolding, endure outdoor site weather, and support ad-hoc night-shift concrete pouring duties.
Core Skills: Excellent command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia to handle formal JKR correspondence. Highly proficient in interpreting complex structural drawings.
Demonstrated practical knowledge of applicable occupational safety and health, environmental quality, and machinery-safety legislation, together with EHS management systems and relevant ISO standards.
Experience in EHS auditing, risk and compliance assessment, data analysis and reporting, and the development and delivery of EHS training programmes.
Strong leadership, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
