- Precision Tool Grinding: Grind high-precision punch, reamers and custom micro-tools from solid carbide or HSS blanks.
- Wheel Profile Dressing: Select, mount, and dress diamond and CBN wheel packs. Measure and input wheel qualification data into the CNC controller.
- In-Process Quality Control: Perform first-article and in-process inspections using ultra-precision metrology equipment (e.g. profile projectors, laser micrometers) to guarantee tolerances down to the micron level.
