Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment, demonstrating proficiency in operating and setting up CNC machines.

Strong understanding and practical application of CNC Machining principles, including G-code and M-code.

Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings with a high degree of accuracy.

Experience with Quality Control procedures and the use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure adherence to specifications.

Familiarity with Tooling Setup, Tooling and Fixturing, and the ability to perform basic maintenance on CNC machinery.

Experience with Rollomatic Grinding machines is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions precisely.

Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce high-precision components according to specifications and blueprints.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify quality and adherence to tolerances.

Load and unload materials and finished products from CNC machines, ensuring safe handling practices.

Assist in the setup and calibration of CNC machines, including tooling and fixture installation.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to guide production processes.

Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols.
