As a trusted HR professional, you will provide both operational support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, program management, policy interpretation, and workforce planning. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes while supporting business objectives and enhancing the overall employee experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, employees, and HR Centres of Excellence to provide guidance on people-related matters, support annual HR processes, coordinate talent and performance initiatives, and contribute to HR projects across the region.
