Governance & Process improvement: Champion common process that standardize how GCC is engaged in proposals (under Nexus model). Ensure the region and GCC teams use estimate tools, such as GPET. Ensure they also use templates, like Trusted Content.
Partner Management and Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to Sub-Regional Proposal Owners and Commercial teams on how best to use GCC capabilities in bids. Communicate the value proposition of GCC involvement (cost advantage, scalability.) and help ensure partner agreement. Provide guidance/training on GCC scope criteria, engagement processes, and best practices in GCC integration to avoid confusion about roles and expectations.
