· Proactively identify and address skill gaps within the team whether in manual testing, test automation, API and backend testing, performance engineering, security testing, or fleet domain knowledge and champion targeted upskilling through structured training programmes, peer mentoring, external certifications, or deliberate stretch assignments on high-complexity payment scenarios.
· Assist in allocating QA resources strategically and dynamically across concurrent projects, releases, and regression cycles, balancing individual workloads against delivery timelines, test complexity, risk profiles and each engineer's growth objectives.
· Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe team environment where engineers feel empowered to raise quality concerns, challenge assumptions, and advocate for the end user.
