Act as the project lead for infrastructure and capital projects assigned by the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
Prepare, develop and/or coordinate engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, schedules, bills of quantities, cost estimates and technical requirements for infrastructure, refurbishment and improvement works, using AutoCAD and other appropriate tools.
Coordinate with external consultants and relevant technical disciplines to ensure designs are complete, coordinated, constructible and fit for purpose, and obtain professional certification or endorsement where required....
