- Subcontractor Enforcement: Maintain absolute iron-fist authority over site safety. Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and issue immediate Stop Work Notices or compounds to non-compliant subcontractors.
- Incident Command: Chair mandatory monthly Safety & Health Committee Meetings with the Project Director, conduct daily Toolbox briefings for multinational workforces, and lead accident investigations (NADOPOD registry).
