To participate in the marketing of the Service Department through effective promotions and customer contact to enhance the reputation of the dealership.
To participate in the achievement of Retail, Internal, Trade and Warranty labour sales volume, and productive efficiency to planned targets.
To identify/find additional service work and report to the Service Manager in order to assist the department reach its financial targets.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems as needed. Test parts and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly. Conduct thorough checks and testing of all critical components.
Perform regular inspections of motorcycles. Maintain detailed records of all work performed. Keep garage equipment and tools clean and well-maintained for safe use.
Strictly adhere to company safety policies. Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Job Requirements
