Bhd. sedang mencari individu yang mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan undang - undang, berpengalaman bekerja sebagai peguam di firma guaman untuk memberi khidmat nasihat perundangan kepada syarikat serta membantu pengurusan dokumentasi dan tindakan berkaitan operasi syarikat.
Skop perkhidmatan merangkumi sokongan perundangan berterusan bagi memastikan tindakan dan dokumentasi syarikat berada dalam keadaan teratur dan mematuhi keperluan semasa.
-Typing simple emails/letters/standard court documents, corresponding with clients (phone or WhatsApp), collating/sorting documents, scheduling, posting letters and other general admin duties.
-Transcribe oral instructions from lawyer into written form (e.g. onto an email or letter)
Proficiency with digital productivity tools (e.g., office suites, project management platforms, collaboration tools) and comfort working in a remote environment.
Solid analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret data, prepare summaries for leadership, and recommend process improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures in a fully remote setting.

Advise and assist in structuring transactions and support legal due diligence by reviewing and drafting agreements/ancillary documents for corporate transactions/exercises. Key documentation include term sheets, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, shareholders’ agreements, collaboration agreements, banking documents, facility agreements, security documents, memorandums, offering documents, circulars and announcements.
