Facilitate and attend planning meetings with clinical users, operational leads, and consultants, capturing requirements and translating complex discussions into structured summaries and action items.
Attend planning and design meetings as the team's designated note-taker, producing accurate and timely minutes that capture decisions, outstanding items, and the next steps agreed. Where required, explain and clarify user requirements to consultants in writing, ensuring that what users have asked for is communicated precisely and is not lost in translation between meetings.
Prepare clear, well-structured presentation slides to communicate planning options, design recommendations, and progress updates to a range of stakeholders including clinicians, operations teams, and senior management.
