Oversees and manages complex employee-relations issues, supporting formal appeals and hearings while simultaneously coaching the relevant managers on management best practices

iii. Monitor plant performance, material consumption, production efficiency, and equipment utilization, and recommend improvement measures where necessary.
iv. Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize disruptions, downtime, and production losses.
v. Liaise with the Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales Departments to ensure smooth operational flow and timely fulfilment of customer and production requirements.
