YOUR ROLE
As the Project Manager-CRM, you will be the local liaison between the agency and the clients managing briefs on campaigns. This role requires you to lead campaigns, overseeing the entire process from brief, strategy, implementation up till PCAs and reporting. You will be working with clients from different time zones and occasionally may incur hours outside of the usual working hours.
Customer & Executive Engagement: Present Snowflake's technology and vision to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts across telco, financial services, retail, and manufacturing verticals.
Competitive Positioning: Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies (e.g., legacy data warehouses, cloud-native alternatives, local players) and effectively position Snowflake across different customer contexts.
