The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a high-energy, outward-facing role at the heart of CSSB's lead generation engine. The ISR is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities by actively monitoring government and corporate procurement portals, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the Account Management team through the early stages of the sales cycle.
