任职资格

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Safety Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in F&B safety and security.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures is advantageous but not required.
  • Have own transport is advantageous but not required (to support store audit)

岗位职责

  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety and security protocols for F&B operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of food handling, storage, and preparation areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (Stores Audit)
  • Help monitor and report on safety and security incidents, including conducting preliminary investigations.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops related to safety procedures and emergency response.
  • Support the preparation of safety documentation, including risk assessments and incident reports.
  • Assist in maintaining safety equipment and ensuring that safety procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement improvements in safety and security practices.
