The Operations Assistant plays a vital role in supporting efficient day-to-day operations through accurate data tracking, inventory control, and coordination across departments. This role focuses on monitoring new SKU usage to prevent overuse or shortages, providing data insights to the PM Operations team, and ensuring stock and recipe systems are kept accurate and up to date. The assistant is responsible for linking SKUs correctly to recipes, maintaining cost accuracy, and working closely with the EM JDE Team to ensure proper code mapping. Regular housekeeping of stock listings, such as removing obsolete items, is also essential.
Inventory control is another key responsibility, which includes monitoring monthly stock closings to minimize variances and conducting regular stock checks to ensure physical counts match the system. The Operations Assistant also supports outlets by resolving stock-related issues (e.g., FMH concerns) and collaborating with other departments to address operational challenges promptly and effectively.
- Ensures all data are always entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation
- When on night duties, checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest arrival or departures whenever maybe the case
