The digital automation center (DAC) is the Express Global RPA expertise center, from which high-quality and complex digi services are provided for various DHL business units globally and cross functional. Besides RPA also other digi technologies are being used (ML, NLP, API, Smart OCR, image processing and others. DAC is part of the CEO office and is ideally positioned to create the necessary digi momentum and has also teams respectively based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and San Jose, Costa Rica & Maastricht, Netherlands.
