Job Vacancy: Site Project Admin / Document Controller Job Responsibilities: 1. Handle daily project and site administrative work. 2. Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents and records. 3. Manage drawings, reports, letters, forms, and other project documents. 4. Update document registers and track document submissions and approvals. 5. File and distribute documents to the relevant project team. 6. Prepare, RFI, meeting minutes, reports, and project correspondence. 7. Assist the Project Manager and site team with administrative tasks. 8. Coordinate documents with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. 9. Ensure all documents are properly updated and easy to retrieve. Requirements: - Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or related fields. - Experience in construction/project administration or document control is an advantage. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Fresh graduates with good administrative skills are welcome to apply.
