Required Qualifications:1. Master’s or PhD in Public Health and Medicine2. Must be 1st author of at least one Scopus or WoS-indexed publication3. Proven experience in research supervision or academic consultation4. Excellent command of academic writing and publication standards5. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):1. Quantitative Analysis: SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS2. Qualitative Analysis: NVivo, Atlas.ti, or manual coding3. Technical Skills: Python, R, Deep Learning, or Software Development4. Strong record of peer-reviewed publications
