· Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters and attend site meetings
· Coordinate with suppliers / sub-contractors for the delivery of products and installation works as well as for defects list and maintenance report. Monitor daily site activities including co-ordination with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers etc, as well as conduct site survey and measurement works

In this role, you will need to liaise with external C-suite / top management stakeholders to schedule meetings and calls with the consultant(s), and to coordinate intensive travel arrangements and manage hectic calendars to deconflict their appointments. The preparation and formatting of project documents and meeting materials, along with expense report processing and client invoicing, will also fall under your care.
