Proven Solution Architecture ownership across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and support phases. Strong expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash processes and customer-facing portal solutions. Hands-on experience integrating customer portals with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA using APIs, IDocs, OData, SAP Integration Suite (SCPI/BTP), and enterprise integration patterns. Experience defining solution architecture, HLDs, integration designs, non-functional requirements, and technology roadmaps. Strong understanding of modern architecture principles including MACH, API-first, headless, microservices, cloud-native, and event-driven architectures. Proven experience working with business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and delivery teams across large transformation programmes. Strong technical foundation in enterprise application architecture, integration, and cloud delivery practices.LEADERSHIP & EQ Ability to lead architecture discussions, challenge constructively, and drive technology decisions.
