Plan for customer events and launches, partner with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to ensure customer success during critical moments. Work with customers and support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
Own and improve CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and other automation tools to support efficient and resilient software delivery.Technical Leadership & Team Management
Support application integrations through APIs, secure file transfer, and messaging technologies to enable reliable data exchange across systems and organizations.
Build Azure landing zone components based on the approved architecture, including subscription and resource group structures, spoke VNets, subnets, route tables, security groups, private endpoints, and private DNS zones.
Data-driven mindset to make decisions on stability, efficiency and cost based on metrics. Strong ability for incident response and root-cause analysis, capable of cross-team collaboration with R&D and product teams to close issues. Global perspective to balance stability, performance and cost. Technical influence to roll out SRE standardization and reliability culture. Strong ownership to proactively identify risks and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
