• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate with both engineering teams and LBU stakeholders.
• Ability to understand cloud infrastructure and translate technical concepts into clear instructions.
• Experience producing documentation for engineers, developers or cloud/platform users.
• Good working knowledge of Terraform, including modules, variables, providers and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Practical knowledge of GitHub, including repositories, branching, pull requests, GitHub pages and Markdown.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, including YAML-based workflows, jobs, steps, variables/secrets and CI/CD concepts.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, AKS or GKE.
• Understanding of cloud networking, IAM/RBAC, security and platform engineering concepts.
• Experience working with enterprise developer/platform portals.
• Familiarity with documentation-as-code and static documentation platforms.
• Experience in cloud platform enablement, developer experience or internal developer platforms.
