The successful candidate will bring proven senior HR leadership experience within private equity-backed, highly commercial, or transformation-led environments. A strong track record of partnering closely with CEOs and investors on value creation, efficiency initiatives, and enterprise-wide change is essential. The role requires a commercially minded HR leader who can link people strategy to financial outcomes, operate with pace and pragmatism, and act as a trusted advisor at Board and sponsor level. Experience supporting regional growth across APAC and/or the Middle East, and operating in environments with a clear IPO or re-listing ambition, will be highly valued.
