Role and Responsibilities:

Manpower planning with proper planning on weekly staff duty roster to ensure staffing meets the sales needs.
Supervise cash flow and handle petty cash payments

Assist Area Manager to develop market positioning and ensure that advertising , promotions, and prices are consistent with and communicate that positioning to the staff
Make decisions on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment, performance assessment and reward.
Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service. Ensure all service crew follow likewise
Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations
