Efficiently manage service providers and contractors for maintenance, operations, and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and codes of practice.
The submission of all deliverables as required under MWS, AHWS, Estate Administrative Services and Tenant Fit Out shall be under his/her purview.
He/she shall also be the competent person to assist the FOM to vet and approve monthly reports and other submissions, relating to Maintenance Works and Services (MWS), Ad-Hoc Works and Services (AHWS), Estate Administrative Services, Facilities Management & Services, Professional Engineers and Specialist Services before submission to the Authority.
