Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification required.

Possess 1-2 years of proven experience in an Account Executive or similar sales role, preferably within the Accounting/Tax Services industry.

Demonstrated ability in Client Relationship Management, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client connections.

Strong Sales Acumen and Business Development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Proficiency in understanding basic Tax Knowledge and its implications for clients.

Experience with Financial Reporting principles and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

Excellent Negotiation Skills and the capacity to close deals successfully.

Outstanding Communication Skills in both written and verbal English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proven ability in Problem Solving and Time Management to handle multiple client needs and deadlines.

Familiarity with CRM Software for managing client interactions and sales pipelines.

Strong Account Management capabilities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company-documented sales quotas and expand the company's customer base in the accounting and tax services sector.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored accounting and tax solutions.

Identify new business opportunities through proactive market research, networking, and lead generation activities to drive revenue growth.

Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financial reporting, tax compliance, and overall accounting challenges.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our accounting and tax services.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams, including tax specialists and financial analysts, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, utilizing CRM software to track progress and maintain accurate client records.

Stay updated on the latest tax regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends to provide expert advice and maintain a competitive edge.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client engagement to senior management.
